Booking Policy

  • Bookings can be made by telephone, email, facebook message or you can book yourself using the Online Booking system.
  • All bookings regardless of how booked will be entered into the Booking system and if you have supplied an email address, you will receive confirmation of your booking. It is your responsibility to supply the correct email address otherwise you will not receive a confirmation of your appointment booking.
  • A reminder email will be sent out 24 hours prior to your appointment to the email address supplied.
  • The booking confirmation email has links to edit/reschedule/cancel your appointment which can be used up to 8 hours prior to your booking.


  • Appointments cannot be cancelled within 8 hours of the appointment time unless in extreme circumstances, please contact Sheila on 028 7744 5050 and leave a message if no answer or send an email to  We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of £15 for clients that cancel within 8 hours
  • Clients that do not appear for an appointment and do not notify us may be charged Full Treatment Value
  • Clients that have previously cancelled appointments without adequate notification as shown above, may be asked to pre-pay for any future appointments.

10% Discount Flyer

  • If you have received a 10% Discount flyer, you are entitled to 10% off the price of any Single treatment
  • This discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Gift Vouchers

  • Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase until expiry date shown on the voucher and cannot be used after this time. (if in doubt please contact us)
  • When using the Booking System, please select Gift Voucher Booking and in the optional comments section of the booking form, state which treatment you would like.
  • Please quote your voucher number when booking an appointment.
